Born in Como in 1940, a landscape artist actively engaged in and always passionate about contemporary art, in 2014, he began a collaboration with his friend and fellow artist Angelo Tagliabue to create joint artistic projects. In 2015, he founded the cultural association “The Art Company Como” with the aim of providing a space to promote art in the local area. Simultaneously, the exhibition “Fuori di Mostra” was organized in collaboration with Angelo Tagliabue. Later, together with his friend, he curated the exhibition “Il Punto del punto di domanda” at The Art Company Como.
In 2018, he participated in the group exhibition “Ragione e Sentimento” organized by the association Segreta Isola at Villa Leoni di Sala Comacina and later at Palazzo Terragni in Como. In 2019, he took part in the group exhibition “Omaggio al Bauhaus” organized by Segreta Isola.
In 2020, he created a large sculpture inspired by “La Colonna Infinita” for the group exhibition “L’inizio del Mondo – Omaggio a Constantin Brâncuși.” The sculpture found its final placement in the woods of Tenuta dell’Annunziata, where he later installed (2021) the sculpture “L’albero degli Alberi,” a tribute to the recently departed landscape artist and friend Emilio Trabella.
In 2021, he contributed with three sculptures to the 1st Biennale of Contemporary Art della Murgia. In 2022, he promoted and participated in the group exhibition “Arte contro le guerre” organized by The Art Company Como, which was later presented in Milan at the Basilica di San Carlo al Corso. In January 2023, he participated in the group exhibition “I Materiali” at the Monopoli Gallery in Milan.
