Photographer, always passionate about art, approaches painting about twenty years after her artistic training. Angelica’s pictorial research unfolds between lightness and composition, spaces within which her subjects lose and rediscover form, balancing between abstract and figurative. Angelica says: “Essence is a highly personal quest for each individual, with sometimes unexpected results. I let each observer recognize something of their own within my imaginary worlds. I would like to convey enthusiasm; my paintings are as happy as the emotion that accompanies me while I create.”
